Notification of Asec dealing with the state of emergency

Dear valued customers:

So far, we have started staggered shifts to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in Japan. Furthermore, for the correspondence of the state of emergency declared by government and protection of all our staffs’ health and safety to reduce risk of infection, we will execute telework for all employees at the Japan Head Office.

Period: Since 10 Apr. 2020

Actual measures: Working from home will be performed every second day according to every staff’s type of work to reduce close contact between employees.
Normal operations related to purchasing order or customer services will be continued as usual.

【About phone customer service】
Regarding your phone calls and faxes, we will reply you according to our work shift.
It might be a delay to respond your phone or fax but we will try our best to reply you soon. The Taiwan factory, which is the production facility for our products, is currently in operation as usual.
We’re very sorry to any inconvenience might cause to you and your understanding is highly appreciated. Moreover, if any actions or information above is revised according to any declaration from government or infection situation, we will update formally.
